I co-author columns with the well-known columnist Rachel Neuwirth (see her, and my, latest column on the Arutz Sheva site). But it is extremely hard getting any information at all about this matter in the United States. I need your help.
Could you answer a few questions for me about the facts about the "privately owned land" claims? I would be very grateful if you would either reply to my questions on this siteor e-mail me a reply at my "Adam" account at yahoo (adamdalgliesh@yahoo.com). Please help us!

Here are some questions that I have as follow-ups to your article:

*Did the Israeli prosecutors tell the court that the Arab claimant owned the land in Ulpana?

* Did they produce any evidence at all to support the Arab claims?

*We need the answer to the same questions concerning Migron.
Did the government explicitly back the claims of the Migron Arab claimants? What evidence did they, the NGOs, the Arabs, etc.offer to support these claims?Did the court rule that the Arab (or Arabs?) own Migron's land? What is the Israeli govt's present position on the Migron dispute? What has the court ruled in that case?

* Were the "settlers" allowed to appear before the Supreme Court to plead their case in either the Migron or the Ulpana cases? In other, similar cases?

* What arguments or claims do the Jewish "settlers" make to validate that they are indeed the lawful owners of the lands on which their houses stnd? Do they still maintain that the Arab who sold them the land was indeed the true owner? What are the actual facts, if you know them, concerning ownership in both the Migron and Ulpana "settlements?" If you don't know, can you give me the name of someone who does know the facts and speaks/writes English well?

* Besides Migron and Ulpana, what other land claims have the Arabs and their NGO backers made before the Israeli courts to land inhabited/farmed by Jews in Judea-Samaria? What other settlements are threatened by these claims?

*How much land in all (in either dunums or acres or both) have the Israeli courts ruled belong to Arabs, on which Jewish houses or farms have been built, trees planted. etc. How many Jewish families in all have been ordered to evacuate their homes in these places? How many people in all? How many buildings in all have been ordered demolished?

* I have several other questions as well, but this should be more than enough on your plate for starters! Please help us to get the actual facts to the American public, who are being absolutely inundated with lies about the "settlements"
Rachel, I and a few others have been struggling to get the actual facts to the public. But the Israeli government, and the major Israeli, Zionist and other Jewish institutions have made no effort to counter the lying anti-Israel propaganda. Even the organizations representing the settlers have made almost no effort to communicate the facts about the Arab land claims--at least not in any English language source.

As you know, most Israeli academics who communicate with the Western media are active propagandists for the Arab side--as are over half of Israeli journalists.

The handful of articlate,educated,Western-language-literate people in Israel who genuinely love their country and want to save it, (although of course most Israeli Jews are loyal, the patriots all seem to be simple working people or small businessmen who speak only Hebrew and have no skill at communicating with foreigners), must do more to get Israel's meesage to the peoples of the world, including the American people. Otherwise, Israel's goose is cooked.

Please help us, Baruch!

respectfully yours,

"Adam Dalgliesh" (please consult Arutz Sheva for my other name).Adam Dalglieshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06526601084785083177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-856901020048896556.post-5164468641757957312012-06-20T03:44:20.660+03:002012-06-20T03:44:20.660+03:00Would not be much beter solution to pay even doubl...Would not be much beter solution to pay even double for that land and not destroy the buildings?

I do not think that this land will have any use for the owner so near to the other buildings.
Can not understand how this can be named as a good solution.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
